Service Policy
Clients are free to change/cancel the appointment 3 hours prior
If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may cancel due to insufficient time to perform a good service.
Our regular clients will be given two exceptions for last-minute cancellations/no-shows.
New/first-time clients will not have this chance.
After that, we will require a deposit for all future appointments.
The deposit will be refundable if any change/cancellation is made more than 3 hours prior. No refund will be given for change/cancellation that is less than 3 hours prior.
If the client is dissatisfied with the service, our stylists are happy to re-trim or redo it within 1 week from the original service time free of charge, as long as it is within the original idea
If a client changes their idea after consultation/service and wants a new service, this will be considered a new service and the price will be added and count as a second service.
